Intro to Timber-Framing: The Weekend Course - A weekend workshop in September!

     For this workshop we'll be cutting the frame for a new Sugar House for Deer Ridge Farm, a local farm in Guilford, Vermont. Lear the basics of a beautiful traditional building method while contributing to our local agricultural and architectural landscape!

Over the course of this workshop you will learn:

- Timber-Frame history.
- Basic joinery design and engineering principles.
- How to lay out basic joinery.
- How to cut a variety of timber-frame joints.
- How to use hand and power tools with confidence.

Our workshops are designed for the beginner. No previous woodworkign experience is required.
