Architectural and Landscape Design Services:

The Timber-Frame Shop offers furniture, interior, building and landscape design services, both independent of and in conjunction with our custom Timber-Framing services.
My designs are firmly grounded in the styles and aesthetic of the Early European and American Vernacular traditions, which emphasize quality of craftsmanship and material, and the strategic use of symmetry and ornamentation. I combine this knowledge and respect for the great historical architectural traditions with a more modern understanding of comfort, style, and natural building techniques, to create small buildings made to last, with a timeless and eclectic aesthetic designed to nurture the people within them.
Please feel free to call me if you'd like more information on the design process in general, or have questions regarding a specific project. I'd love to be a part of your latest building project, be it a large barn, a house, or little garden structure.
